Ed co-founded Wolverine Mat in 2019 and leads the Company as CEO. His responsibilities include overseeing sales, logistics, and the company’s growth strategy. Ed’s experience ranges across marketing, logistics, account management and lobbying. Before founding Wolverine Mat, he was a Matting Specialist at Sterling Solutions from 2012 to 2019 and a forester and matting specialist with Atwood Forest products from 2007 to 2012. Ed received his B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Scott is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 30 years of private and public company experience. Scott is a CPA and currently serves as the CFO at Wolverine Mat. He received his B.A. in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Western Michigan University.
Kristene Naffziger,
Inventory Control

Kristene Naffziger is our inventory control analyst and her main responsibilities are collecting data on incoming and outgoing inventory, identifying and analyzing discrepancies, maintaining detailed records of transactions, and verifying inventory counts. She also helps support a variety of clerical duties including data entry, maintenance of files and records, and helps process incoming freight invoices.

Theresa’s main duties here at Wolverine Mat consist of entering sales and rentals into our database as well as entering freight invoices into our system. She also assists in finding carriers to deliver our products to our customers.
Lacey Mindler-Manley,
Office Manager
ABOUT
Lacey is an experienced professional who brings more than 7 years of administrative experience to her role as office manager. She uses a range of software to monitor and manage the day-to-day office operations. Her focus is on project management to improve schedules and support logistics, including contacting suppliers to confirm production and assist accounting by managing customer invoicing. She is responsible to ensure workflow is well-prepared and accurate, and our objectives are being met on a daily basis.
